Is
there a minimum and maximum size for the pictures?

The
pictures must be no smaller than 5 x 5cm, and no bigger
than A5 paper size. |

do I have to fill out the order form before I print
it off? Can I not just write directly onto the form
and send it? |

Processing
the orders this way is a quicker and more efficient
way of us processing your order. |

is not easy for us to work out what your charges are
going to be in advance. |

We
understand this can be difficult. Please either email
us with your requirements or send the pictures and
forms anyway. We never start any work until the customer
has been informed and agreed the price. |

do I send you my order form and pictures? |

Simply
send the pictures and order form to the address given
on the home page. Please though make sure that you
send your material suitably insured if these are original
photographs. |
| What
picture formats do you accept? |

We
accept either actual photographs, digital picture
files (please send on CD) or memory cards. |
| I
have a DVD player that I think may not play the DVD.
Will the disc work on my system? |
Yes |
The
DVD's we use work on most home systems and are compatible
with all computer DVD drives too. |
| I
want to make copies of my DVD for my friends too.
Can this be arranged? |
Yes |
If
required, we will not only make separate DVD's for
your friends but if you give us their addresses we
will send them to them directly!
(Give
addresses in either 'other' section of the order form
or on a separate sheet). |
| Some
of my pictures are in mounts, can you deal with these?

Sorry,
all pictures must be removed from mounts so that we
can scan them. |
| Are
there any pictures that you would refuse to work on? |
Yes |
We
will, of course, not accept material that is illegal
in content, including trademark or copyright violation.
