| Before
sending us your photos please read the following guidelines,
which will help us to provide you with an excellent
service:
- Decide on the chapter
names you want for your DVD video, we allow you
to have up to four and each must be no longer than
10 characters. For a wedding, for example, you may
want: 'Service; 'Church' and ''Reception'.
- Separate out your
photographs into the chapters you have decided upon.
- Using a CD pen or
similar, write the chapter letter (A, B, C or D)
towards the top right of the back of each picture,
leave some room to write sequence numbers after
it. We will assume that the picture then turned
left over right is the way you want it displayed.
If you do not wish to write directly on the back
of your prints then either use sticky labels or
contact us .
- For each chapter,
order the photographs as you require them to be
seen, normally by time..
- After the chapter
letter on the back of each photograph write it's
required sequence. We recommend doing this in tens
so that extras can be added afterwards, e.g. 'A10',
'A20', 'A30' etc. If you then find you have missed
one you can simply add it in as 'A25', for example.
- Please take the time
to then double-check that the photographs are labelled
in the order you want them. Photographs out of order
can easily spoil an otherwise very attractive presentation.
- Place the photographs
in separate envelopes for each chapter.
- Complete and print
off our order form, signing
and dating it. Please make sure you have accepted
out terms and conditions,
we cannot process your order without this.
- Put the form, your
photographs and your remittance into an envelope
and post them, via insured post if necessary, to
the address on our contacts
page.
- We
will confirm back to that everything is in order
before starting your work
- When complete, unless
otherwise advised, we will post your DVD Video to
you and wait for you to confirm it is correct before
returning your photographs. This is so we still
have the material to correct any problems.
