our photo to DVD service. We will make every
reasonable effort possible to ensure your
satisfaction. Please though, ensure you
are able to accept the following terms and
conditions before taking up the service.
- The service
is currently only available for customers
in the United Kingdom
- The value
of the information sent to us does not
exceed its materials value
- The customer
takes out adequate insurance for irreplaceable
items
- The customer
has full copyright for all materials
sent
- The liability
on ourselves to complete the published
service within the timeframe quoted
does not exceed 5% of the value of that
service
- The liability
on ourselves for any loss or damage
to materials sent does not exceed 5%
of the value of the service provided
- We are
not responsible for poor quality of
the source material resulting in an
unsatisfactory product
- Should,
for any reason whatsoever, we are not
able to provide the advertised service,
our liability is limited to returning
any monies paid and return postage of
source material sent
- The customer
accepts full and sole responsibility
for any copyright or other infringements
of law, of whatever nature, that may
occur as a result of use of this service
- The DVD
created as a result of this service
will be in one of the standard domestic
UK formats, '+R' or '-R'. No other formats
are offered or inferred by the service.
If the particular format supplied does
not operate on the customer's machine
then we will , at our discretion, replace
the DVD with one of the alternate format
- The customer
is responsible for ensuring, before
taking the service, that his equipment
is compatible with either the '+R' or
'-R' formats and informing us if only
one of these types is supported for
read purposes
- Errors
or commissions within this site do not
constitute a contract in any form
